Once we’ve established your desired outcome, the pampering truly begins. As we start your service, if you so choose, we will use your selected essential oil to create a soothing aroma that enhances the overall experience. You’ll be offered a comforting beverage as you settle into the chair, and the treatment will begin with an optional shoulder massage to promote relaxation and stimulate circulation. This is more than just a hair appointment, it’s a time for you to unwind and recharge.
As we move through each step of the service, you can expect open communication and expert care. I’ll explain each process and the products I’m using, ensuring you’re informed and comfortable. No matter which phase we're in on your hair journey, I’ll be fully focused on delivering results that exceed your expectations. By the end of your visit you’ll not only look stunning, but also feel completely rejuvenated, having enjoyed a peaceful retreat from the outside world.
