After you book your appointment, I’ll send over a quick digital form—this acts as your pre-visit consultation. It gives me a chance to learn about your hair history, goals, and preferences so we can skip the guesswork and focus on creating magic the moment you arrive.
I know trusting someone new with your hair can feel vulnerable. That’s why this step is so important—it ensures I don’t miss a single detail and helps me get to know you before you even walk through the door.
Within 48 hours of receiving your form, I’ll personally follow up with an email that includes everything you need to know about your appointment, my salon space, and what to expect.
If I feel we need to adjust your service—either upgrading or simplifying it to better suit your goals, timing, or budget—I’ll reach out directly to make sure we’re perfectly aligned before your visit.

Step into my private studio and experience a calming, boho-inspired space designed for your relaxation. We’ll start with a personalized experience customization form, this will allow you to have full control of your service start to finish. We will also discuss your hair goals, whether you're seeking blonding services or something new, ensuring we’re aligned before your transformation begins.
This is where the pampering truly begins. As we start your service, if you so choose, we will use your selected essential oil to create a soothing aroma that enhances the overall experience. You’ll be offered a comforting beverage as you settle into the chair, and the treatment will begin with an optional shoulder massage to promote relaxation and stimulate circulation. This is more than just a hair appointment, it’s a time for you to unwind and recharge.
As we move through each step of the service, you can expect open communication and expert care. I’ll explain each process and the products I’m using, ensuring you’re informed and comfortable. No matter which phase we're in on your hair journey, I’ll be fully focused on delivering results that exceed your expectations. By the end of your visit you’ll not only look stunning, but also feel completely rejuvenated, having enjoyed a peaceful retreat from the outside world.
Throughout your session, during processing times I’ll incorporate additional fully optional complimentary touches or luxury add-ons to elevate your experience. Every detail of your visit is designed to provide a holistic experience that nurtures both your hair and your well-being.
